Proper barber. Always a good haircut. I go to Ben who is highly trained and skilled, while I hear the other barbers are good quality too.

I have always had my haircut at Barber & Frank. Ollie is a good friend of mine and a fantastic barber - always delivers with a brilliant haircut and a great catch up. Best barbershop around.

Unfortunately one of the worst haircuts I have had. The barber had a cold and kept wiping his nose with his hand then touching my hair with it, the haircut was not at all what I asked for and was lopsided and patchy. I can’t speak for the other barbers but I will not be going back.

This barbershop used to be my go to because it was reliable and professional. I recently went back and got a haircut from (Wiggy). It was one of the worst cuts I’ve had in years. He seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing when he was cutting my hair with the scissors… he also kept turning my chair around to face into the middle of the room which I found very unprofessional. The actual haircut didn’t turn out well at all and for £20 I expected a much better service. It really is a shame, I will not be returning.
