What can I say Deliverd parcel to wrong address. Birmingham, I live in York, sent notification and photo parcel excepted taken in. Tried to contact Hermes don't bother waste of time not a chance you would have more chance of contacting the man on the moon. Contacted sender well know retailer they raised an incident form saying Hemes will be in contact within 24 hours still waiting 84 hours later £35 down the drain.
