Visited to get advice on keeping a chameleon as a pet. The staff was so knowledgeable and could not do enough to help. Ended up buying two with confidence and assurance that help was only a call away if needed.Well done the ark staff

Lovely and helpful staff. When my daughter and me went to ask and potentially buy a mouse lovely lady named Katie answered all of our questions and helped us with everything. We ended up getting two cute mice & changed their names to Salt and Pepper. We'll definitely be back to the store.

Great shop. Has a large variety of pets from tortoise and lizards to rabbits, guinea pigs and birds.They also have a 'bakery' section(well it looks like a cake shop) sells dog treats mainly, even doggy ice-cream.Not cheapest but good

We went here to buy some Gerbils. They were very helpful and had lots of helpful tips! We went home with 2 named Timon and Pumbaa :)
