Eden Vauxhall Honiton

I have dealt with Eden Vauxhall, Honiton for 8 Years , bought 6 new Mokkas including an electric ultimate, which didn’t work for me.I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stuart and Sandra.Sadly I have to say after dreadful experience with service a male member was not prepared to do anything to resolve my issue on a 4 month old Mokka GS Line it was a computer fault , saying it’s not my fault and Vauxhall don’t know how to fix !!!!!!I went back today to get a resolve for a financial issue, found Stuart who has been a brilliant advocate for Eden had left owing to poor customer care from EdenThey should start dealing with customers in a better light, ask management from sales to read and respond to e mails sent to them.I have now changed for another make, who in the short period I have owned my car have been above and beyond.Eden wake up look after your staff, who look after you, then you wouldn’t have lost a fantastic employee , Stuart Banks .Chris Head

Bought a car of these few years ago, worst experience had with a garage, developed faults after purchase, wouldn't look at it, take your money and on your own. couldn't even replace coil packs without messing it up, would never go back and avoid at all costs. Billy the kid would be jealous with how much of a cowboy these guys are! Wish could score lower.

My wife and I arranged test drives of two cars from the forecourt of Eden and decided, based on that, which model we liked. However, the car did not exactly meet our needs. We explained what we wanted and were shown, on the Internet, an option that met our requirements, from another Eden dealership. We are now going ahead with purchase as soon as the car has been tidied up". Great service
