Would be a 0 star rating if possible.I spent a considerable amount of money on my wife's engagement ring in this shop. For it to fall apart. Lost 2 diamonds out of the shoulders and the larger stone in the centre is about to fall out. The white gold has been replaced once already and is due again.The ring has now risen in price and after returning the ring for them to estimate the repair cost. Turns out, if I spent another £200 I could buy the ring brand new.This company is appalling. I would never buy another item of jewelry from them ever again.Do not waste your money!!!

I chose my wedding ring from this shop, very nice patient staff helped me choose, they willingly gave me my ring size and said feel free to shop around the other stores which I did. Having not found a ring I liked more than the original I went back to the store to make the purchase. The resizing took on 4 days, and it has just been delivered to my door. Very quick service indeed. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased my wedding ring from Ernest Jones Bluewater and discovered some damage to the ring so went to my LOCAL store in Crawley and spoke with the manager. The customer service was so poor and the manager was so dismissive, telling me because I didn’t buy the ring from Crawley, I had to travel an hour to Bluewater to book in the repair. Surely as I bought the ring from Ernest Jones you can go to any store for aftercare but clearly not. Typical case of give you the best treatment when you’re spending 1000’s of pounds but once they have your money they don’t care! Avoid at all costs!!!

I came into the Ernest Jones crawley store yesterday as I needed a new chain for a sentimental pendant that I need to wear for my sisters wedding in a few weeks as it was too short. The pendant is a Bluebell pendant from the Bluebell Railway where my dads ashes were scattered last year as it was a place he adored and loved. So it means the world to me that you all came together to help me. I was being assisted by ben who was looking into different chains for me but was restricted on price. Ben got his supervisor Rik to assist further. Everyone in the store went above and beyond to help assist. I am truly grateful and thankful they were able to assist. I have used this store in the past for my jewellery needs as I know the quality is excellent. Thank you so so much Ben, Rik and Emily. You saved the day and I am ever so grateful for all of your help. It was an absolute pleasure to of met you all and look forward to seeing you in the future.

Lovely staff and excellent customer service at the Crawley store (3310).I was served by Linda and Caroline who went above and beyond to help me.I bought a beautiful Michael Kors watch at a great price, will definitely be shopping there again :)

Rik the manager was amazing in sorting me a new ring can't thank them enough great service.

I recently bought a new Tag Heuer watch and went into Goldsmiths (who happen to sell Tag watches) to have a couple of links taken out. I was told by them that I would have to take it to the official Tag store in Brighton to have this done, and refused to touch it.Therefore, I thought I would ask Ernest Jones before heading down there. They were more than happy to do this there and then. 20 minutes later it was all done.I did come back to the store a week later to have one more link taken out, however they didn’t charge me for that. The customer service was excellent throughout and I would highly recommend using them.Thanks again guys!

Went to buy a new watch as my old one kept braking and needed to be replaced. Lady who served us was professional and polite, she was patient as I am very picky but Equal didn't know what would suit me so was trying on a lot.

The staff are lovely, the shop is well kept but the customer service and communication is dire. I had to visit the store 3 times to rectify a situation with a diamond falling out of my wedding ring and every time nobody had a clue what was going on despite me being assured that there were notes and no questions would be asked. I was meant to get a new replacement ring but an error in communication" meant that it seems I got my old "repaired" ring back which broke again as soon as I got back home. Lovely staff, manager was very helpful. Advised me that my rings would sparkle if I let them clean them Which they did for free. Thank you Cicely, Ben and Josh.
