A perfect 6 week course of Iyengar inspired yoga sessions with Leigh! Such an enjoyable, refreshing style of teaching, with the perfect emphasis on building overall body strength and alignment. Leigh’s yoga studio offers a very relaxed environment, with calming music, ambient lighting, and essential oils that fully immerse her students in the true spiritual virtues of yoga! Thank you Leigh for such an uplifting therapeutic experience.

Brinkburn RetreatWas lucky enough to go to a Yoga retreat led by Leigh. What an amazing experience. The weekend was filled with fun and laughter - but hard work too. Beautiful location and the yoga classes were the highlight. Leigh is a wonderful, kind but challenging teacher - left the retreat with a real feeling of well being. Would thoroughly recommend.

Leigh made me feel very relaxed and welcome on my first visit to her studio. I haven't done yoga for a long while and found her instruction to be very detailed and clearly demonstrated. The small class and studio space creates an intimate environment which adds to the feeling of calm.

Attended a Retreat at this beautiful venue. A cosy, welcoming place in a gorgeous setting. Peaceful , but with every comfort you could want. The bedrooms and cottages were cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Everyone at Brinkburn could not do enough to make the stay and experience special.

I’ve been going to yoga with Leigh for over a year now and I love it. I can thoroughly wholeheartedly recommend it. Leigh’s warmth and easy way she has in teaching make the class so enjoyable. I feel fitter, stronger and calmer through regularly attending class. It’s fantastic.

I thoroughly enjoyed a restorative yoga class with Leigh yesterday. It was incredibly relaxing, but also with some gentle stretching so you feel as though you have done good for both body & mind. The evening is a great time for the class too, as it set me up for a very good nights sleep !

My husband and I are keen to maintain good posture and mobility as we edge towards our late 50s, so thought we would attend the Chair Yoga classes held by Leigh. The classes are superb, and we can't thank Leigh enough. She is encouraging but recognises everyone has different capabilities. The difference in our body is difficult to explain, but we both feel the benefit and look forward to Thursday afternoon sessions.
