Was denied fuel for my car today by staff. I needed to fill a jerry can with fuel as my car is currently stranded in South London, only petrol station I could find with fuel. When asked what can I do I was told to contact the AA. Very unhelpful and I won’t be using Shell again, loyalty card is in the bin.

Staff friendly enough, however, I have been to some dodgy service station toilets in my life and this was one of the worst. Revolting state, obviously had not been cleaned for some time.

Plenty of pumps, a good selection in the shop, reasonably priced food and friendly staff.The car wash facilities are handy and machine for topping up air is convenient as well.

No toiletOnly poncey deli sandwiches which is fine when that's what I want but I'd appreciate some plainer standards. My ploughman's had very sweet real ale chutney YUCK. The staff were lovely pity about the stock.

I found it really overpriced items. And meal deals not so much option.Petrol was like £1.39/ litre and Diesel was the same. Very small. Some staff not so welcoming and gave a glance stare look like they not seen Asians before loool.

Prices are high and not just for the fuel!Very poor selection of sandwiches (only 2!) or any decent food on the go.Hot food is a disaster!Don't rely on this place for lunch if you are working in the area.Staff were friendly enough.Shell has much room for improvement in this outlet though.
