Place was empty and obvious to see why. Beef burger was burnt yet somehow still served cold, service was OK but not great, and the raw potatoe served in the shape of fries definitely weren't properly fried. Mcdonalds has gave me better quality food for less than half the price. I love eddie rockets but cannot recommend this one unfortunately.Would recommend trying any of the other dinners around it instead.Girls on till couldn't of been better and where apologetic for the food

Very nice, fast service. Good selection in menu, and the waitress was fantastic. Chicken tender basket was definitely worth it.

Not enough stuff to serve all customers. The orders were taken quick but we have waited for 30 mins for drinks and 45 mins for burgers. Our burgers, fries and chicken wings are all cold. Burgers are not juicy. Won't come back again.

Lovely food, nice presentation. Plates a wee bit on the small side.. the actual plates, so if you want to cut your food you'll struggle a little bit. But we enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

This is by far the most overly priced burger I've had. You pay £10.65 for a junior size burger. The patty is so dry as well as the bacon. Nothing is special in the burger hence, it does not justify the price. If you want chips & soda, you add £5.25 as a combo. You go to McDonald's and you get a burger, chips and soda by adding a few more quid. And also, waiting time is unbearable for a 3 meal order! Be practical, folks! There are better choices out there!

Went to the spoon street in here today at 9.20pm (they close at 10pm) ..we filled our tubs and went to the till only to be told ‘toppings are closed’. This was fine but as we were leaving we saw a couple who came in 10 minutes after us being served and they both had toppings on their ice creams?? Left feeling disappointed and confused

The food was great here, especially the chicken burger I had ordered and the cheese dip was definitely a highlight too. The atmosphere is really nice as well. However, the only disappointing thing for me was the chips were not the warmest and the service was really slow. However, on the whole it was still a great experience

Burger was nice enough. The boneless wings were really good so I would come back for these.Waiter was pleasant but with only one waiter and one cook, it feels understaffed.Good offer on a Tuesday with kids eating free.

great looking place, chips as hard as the road..... burgers were alright..... very expensive all round... took ages for food to arrive.... when paying the cooking staff had expressions on them like the chips tasted!!!!! At least it came with a free side..... Of Disappointment!!
