Very pleased with how the guys worked. Arrived on time every day and worked like a well oiled machine. Cleaned up really well after themselves very polite when speaking with me and kept me informed all the way through the job and gave suggestions for replacing skirting boards. A great job

Great experience with Damp Solutions UK. They carried out a damp and timber specialist survey for us and quoted for works to rectify the issue, they were able to come out to the house so quickly and communication was excellent throughout. Ben was extremely helpful and was happy to answer all of our many questions whilst carrying out the work. He was flexible and gave us expert advice dependant on his findings whilst the work was completed but ultimately allowed us to make the final decision. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing damp survey and treatment.

Excellent work from start to finish. The whole process, from free survey, quotation, appointment and the actual work, professionally conducted. The quotation, with drawings showing the details of the work, was given to me the next day after the survey.Dale explained clearly to me the extent, affected areas and causes of all rising damp issues in my house. The price is competitive and fair. They pay attention to every details and clean up to a very good standard for messy indoor work like this. They treated additional areas with rising damp discovered during the work without additional charges too. They cleaned up the work area everyday after work, including my driveway.Highly recommended and your damp problems are in good hand.

Dale helpfully gave us advice on an issue we were having with condensation on some of our sub floor timbers and how it could be rectified in the most cost effective manner. Would definitely recommend.

Can't fault these guys one bit. From start to finish the service was excellent. Dan and Steve who did the work were exemplary. Clean and tidy, very friendly and well mannered and we're mindful of any furniture in the room. I can't recommend them enough.....ACE guys.Photos have come through back to front but you'll see how good they were and how clean they left it every day.

A truly brilliant company, so pleased with the fantastic job you did. Back in the summer, Dale travelled all the way down to us, to give us a quote free of charge. He spent time and attention, where others had not, in order to give us great advice. Our house sale took ages, and we unfortunately had to postpone the work, but Ben was friendly and understanding, booking us back in straight after completion. The team lead by Dan were polite, knowledgeable and so efficient! They worked hard and the end result was superb. The plastering was perfect, even taking time to frame the little fireplace they had uncovered! They cleaned up so well after too. Really great job from all and we really appreciate your hard work and all the travelling too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with Damp Solutions who came to do an initial damp / condensation assessment. Dale was really helpful and talked me through his assessment and some suggestions on what we could do to reduce the impact of condensation. Would highly recommend.

We had some rising damp on the ground floor and Damp solutions were very professional, turned up on time , gave us a quote on email and answered our questions. The workmen worked very hard , tidied up after working and their work was excellent. I have recommended them to my brother in law and I would highly recommend them to anyone . They are very competitively priced too.

Recently had a Nuaire PIV unit installed to help with condensation and mould problems in our bungalow. Dale was knowledgeable and called out quickly to do a free site survey and quotation. John, the electrician who installed, was excellent and did a very professional job. Very pleased with service all round and the PIV unit is amazing, within one day no condensation at all and no new mould forming anywhere in the open areas. Would recommend anyone with condensation and mould problems particularly in bungalows to consider installing a PIV unit.
