I began building our outsourced creative team in light of the BTT rebrand and I was looking for a printer.The Directors and I were looking for a business that we could partner with and to help us with the ongoing development of our brand and materials. There are a lot of printers out there who can provide good quality marketing materials but I was looking for more than that. I needed our partner to have good communication skills (and listening skills), provide solid advice, turn print around in a timely manner and of course, be reasonably priced.Before Shiv joined BNI and introduced Mat to me, I had been in contact with another printer who was recommended to me. It took them two months to provide me with a concept sample they had been insistent that I see (which turned out to be terrible and completely the opposite of what I had wanted to achieve).I had one phone call with Mat, spoke about what I needed to achieve and showed him the designs. He was open and realistic about what we could do and he provided some samples to show different effects within one week.We chose a raised spot UV on both sides for our business card and I am really pleased with the effect. The pricing was also very competitive. Also, without asking, he supplied a reprint cost for one off batch so I can now budget accordingly for future print runs.I have also recently enlisted Mat’s help on our sign writing our three work vans. The print, turnaround and install job went well.I have never had to chase Mat for anything, and most of all, when he says he will do something, he does it when he says he will. A quality which is most important to me.We are pleased to partner with Personalised Nation and we would encourage others to do the same.
