Visited today and was so charmed by the decor and the staff. Desserts were lovely and Monica (the staff member) was really charming, making it a really pleasant experience. Overall definitely recommend to everyone.

My 10-year-old was desperate to use the toilet I asked him if he could use it they said you have to be a paying customer there was no one in the shop it was very quiet I was forced to pay £3 for him to use the toilet then told by the woman make sure I flush it and keep it clean like I don’t keep toilet clean it’s disgusting where you’re forced to buy something for a child that needs to use the toilet. don’t go in here the cakes are rubbish anyway it’s warm he smells and they’re not clean themselves. Dirty way of thinking like the shop.

After a long time went for ice cream and dessert with my family. Wonderful service amazing quality of ice cream and dessert. Wide variety of flavours and excellent presentation by professional staff.Everything from the food to the service to the cleanliness was OUTSTANDING! Thank you to the owner for great the experience and we look forward to visiting again.

Nice decor with unisex toilet from what I remember.There is no child menue but were given a child portion for a child's price but when it came to paying had to pay full adult price without offer of balance of portion.

Have been here a few times but I would not recommend or go back after my last visit today. I ordered my child 2 scoops of ice cream a milkshake and a crepe. They brought the ice cream and milkshake and my child had nearly finished his ice cream and my crepe was still not ready. There was 3 members of staff trying to make one crepe which was burnt. Also we was the only people in there so was not busy at all.I didn’t want to wait after my child had ate two scoops of ice cream which shows how long they was trying to make the crepe for . So I then asked for a refund to be told we can’t refund back to the card you paid with!Poor customer service /rude staff!!

I wouldn’t say top notch dessert place service was lacking went stood there without being acknowledged, there were flies buzzing around, the toilet is unisex but plaque states ‘gents’. We had cookie dough layered with chocolate all we tasted was chocolate, also churro ordered took a while whilst everyone else almost finished their dessert. The vanilla ice cream had funny after taste my daughter just pushed to one side. The whipped cream came with all the dishes melted within seconds.Four of us ate each of their plate came at different times. We were the only table there so no excuses.As a business owner myself I expect more of customer service and quality.
