Popped into lush yesterday for Xmas present ideas for my 2 daughters and Charlie was fantastic really made my youngest open up (very shy) and allowed her to sample some of the really fun bath products and fairy dust, and my eldest daughter was in her element, we ended getting a couple of early presents and I have a very long list for Xmas. Thanks again to Charlie a real asset to the shop :)

Excellent customer service. I was assisted by Maisie and she is absolutely lovely. Was looking for hair care products and she helped me look for products that is suitable for me. She’s also given hair care advice which is very helpful from someone that is struggling with hair breakage. 100% would come back.

Maisie in Swindon Lush store is absolutely magical!! she allowed me to try new and different products and gave me a free hand and arm massage. the people here are absolute gems, thank you to all staff, you've made me feel beautiful!!!

Aaron was a super host to 5 girls for my daughters 11th birthday. They made a bath bomb, used face masks and more. Excellent value for money, not only was the party an hour and a half long, they each came home with 3 bath bombs each including the 2 they made, plus the birthday girl got extra birthday treats. Thank you Aaron for being a great host, the girls came out the shop very very happy :)

Went into lush the other week to start getting Christmas present and was welcomed by Maisie. She was really helpful and kind and let us sample some new fun things they had in store and let us try samples. It was really lovely to meet her and we look forward to going in next time.Summer & Maisey xx

Just popped into Lush to look at the Halloween things and Harvey approached me. He was welcoming and knowledgeable and really helped me with a routine for my skin. I came out smelling amazing, with a couple of samples which we spoke about and chose perfectly to fit my skin. He was AMAZING!!

I love this shop so much! i bought their comforter body spray, and let me tell you, it lasts so long! they have a HUGE selection of perfumes, bath bombs, shampoos beauty products ect. the staff were also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and i am so happy with my purchase.
