Excellent first time order. Chose two oak stave worktops to fit in my kitchen (DIY) and was very pleased with the communications. Was advised not to have the worktops delivered more than a week before fitting, and they kept them back until I was ready to fit them. Easy to get through to customer services by phone, and got clear email updates about delivery etc. Great value too!

Service, quality, choice, price & delivery second to noneI’ve used Top Worktops 4 times in the last two years to supply oak worktops of various widths and lengths. The reason I come back is very simple. They offer the widest selection of widths, lengths and woods that I’ve found online; coupled with this they are the cheapest.That was enough to convince me for my first order.The quality of the worktops - even their lowest price ones - is excellent. The office staff are courteous and helpful, and the delivery was exactly as promised.When every box is ticked to a high standard, I don’t even bother looking anywhere else now. My subsequent three orders have been equally impressive.Highly recommended

I ordered via their website but had additional questions. I found when I called, the staff was always very kind and helpful. Delivery arrived on time as agreed. there was an additional oil missing and because they only deliver on certain days it wasn't easy to get to me quickly so I got a refund and ordered on amazon. Despite the slight hiccup 5 stars for service and quality.

Beautiful wood worktop, quick delivery and good communication all along with customer service. I chose to have the installation done by a third party as it was much cheaper than the proposed price set by Top Worktop. However the worktop itself was the best price I could find in the market. Even managed to use part of it do to beautiful shelves in the kitchen.

Really easy to deal with, order was simple and easy, got a confirmation call and set a delivery day and time also on the phone, I got a call to say they had early delivery availability in my area which was perfect for me, delivered on time I'm really happy with my purchase. Plus I'm sure they have stock of worktops that main kitchen places would of stopped using now.Would recommend this company for sure!
