Very friendly concierge, although we did had some issues with the cleaning staff and the toilets. Right near the city centre so very good location.

Staff were unhelpful and we had difficulty getting VAT invoices out of them. As at today (22 October) we are still waiting for a return of our deposit although we left 5 weeks ago.

An office full of fun and laughter! The administration staff are amazing. They bend over backwards for any request :) they organise events, competitions, games and freebies for all people in the building! If you work alone, be assured you won't feel alone. Of course they provide complimentary refreshments, and on site parking. That goes without saying. I have never been happier!! THANK YOU CITIBASE AND THE TEAM <3

I've used the shared office at Citibase Cambridge now for about 6 months and continue to enjoy working in the space. The office team is always available to answer any questions, the space is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. Both Chiara and Diane do a fab job and go the extra mile. Thanks team!

Awful company. Good location and quite cheap in comparison. But, their financial management is shocking. We had multiple months rent deducted in one go, variable days and dates when money was taken from my account and when we left, they broke their contractual arrangements and took longer than 6 weeks to pay back the deposit which we are still waiting for. My wife (a lawyer) has now threatened legal action against them and we have both had to spend a lot of time chasing up the deposit. My advice is to avoid Citibase at all costs and pay the extra to be somewhere else. We wouldn’t use them again. Update: my has now sent over 7 emails and it’s now seven weeks Sims’s we left. Their contracts states that reimbursement will not take more than 6 weeks. Were still waiting after seven and then they only made a partial payment. This company is dishonest or incompetent or both. Charming until they get you to sign a contract and then they’re aloof and unprofessional. A disgraceful company with zero integrity.

The concierge is friendly, and helpful. However, I do not advise Citibase for office rents.They increased my office rent fee approx 80%, and informed me about this 2 weeks before my contract renewal date. Then i did not accept this nonsense increase and moved out. Not finished... They also charged me a months office rent for a small office 'reinstatement' fees.
