Timberland Cambridge - We Have Moved!!

I look two days ago to buy some boots online and the pairs I wanted were at £132 each. Yesterday (16-Nov-2021) I received an email from Timberland offer me some discount for Black Friday. I were so excited and happy, and went to their website and my account as well in order to buy that boots I put the other day in the cart. But unfortunately, over night the price has been changed from £132 to £170 for one pair of boots just to pretend they offer a discount. I didn't think even a second that they can do this kind of stuff just to lie to people about their black Friday discount. I thought their are fair to their customers but it's look their are not. I am very disappointed of them.Please guys do not let them to play dirty with you and believe in their discounts, etc. Shame Timberland for that dirty play. All the best for you!

I came in here with a quick query with no intentions to buy regarding a prior purchase at another branch - staff took time with me to help me and gave a great service. Well done to the team

Popped by the new store today to try on a pair of trekkers. The member of staff who came to help me was very friendly and helpful even though I had to make my purchase on Timberland's website in the end. Great service!

Cannot speak highly of the staff in this store. The product knowledge on offer here is second to none. The stock a deep selection.of products. Worth definitely Italy visiting.

Had an issue with a boating ti.berland shoes after 4 months, they did a straight swap. The shoes work really well, even after getting wet constantly.

The staff here are very nice and patient. At the beginning, I tried two pairs of shoes. I was worried about the style matching my trousers, but they had a lot patients to talk to me, and also explained how to look after leather shoes. I said that I would think about it, but I still want to tried another really cool pair of shoes. The staff straight away explained the pros and cons of the cool shoes compared to the privous shoes I tried. However they don't have my size for the cool ones, but still encouraged me to try the half size bigger ones. They also suggested I buy the right size ones online and also gave me the similar type and style shoes with my sizes to try. They said if the similar ones fit me, I definitely can buy the cool ones online. I also took a photo of the shoe box and they told me the number I can search online to find the ones I like. They were very thoughtful, friendly, patient, and kind! I really appreciate the time they spent for me to give very nice experience.

Just got a new pair of originals today, they had a small issue so I went back, they were happy to change them without any fuss so I think is best to come in shop rather than ordering online. Super happy, 5 ⭐️ staff

The new shop is almost identical to the old one, narrow and awkward, bottlenecks everywhere, large desks with just a couple of item on display. Why is everything stacked on shelves with sizes and labels hidden, how are you meant find an item in your size when they’re in a pile of twenty on a shelf at shoulder height. Others here complementing the staff, I doubt the sincerity, not the experience I had today. Love the Timberland brand but not this shop or the old one, shop online.

Went in for an outfit for an Italian wedding. Amazing service from Mila. Great advice and super happy with her suggestions. Highly recommend!
