Passport photos were good. They are very knowledgeable on what passes.

AVOID FOR DEVELOPING FILM PHOTOS!!! I took my disposable camera to be developed and the service was abysmal, the pictures were printed on what feels like basic printing paper and this horrible, blue-green tint was applied to all the images. Nearly £11 down the train as they made me pay before getting the photos printed. Ended up sending the roll (which they returned sans any protective packaging) to ASDA for their remote developing and they came back perfect. Have a look at the side by side comparison of some of the pics, left is their work and right is ASDA's...I knew that this was no way down to my photography skills/fault of the camera as I've been buying the same disposable cameras for years (and been taking them to Boots to get developed, but the photo lab in Peterborough is now gone, hence why I went to these 'professionals').Snappy Snaps customer service skills were awful too, they looked at me like I was an alien from another planet and acted like I was a huge inconvenience despite me being their second customer in store at that moment. 3/3 staff members who were there also didn't seem to possess the best English language skills either nor did they seem to know what a disposable camera is, judging by the way they handled the disposable camera. Just avoid.***UPDATE 21/06/2022***I emailed the address provided by 'the owner' and the response wasn't much. They wanted my phone number (???) to discuss my issues. I thought they were clearly laid out in my review and told them so. Why would I want to waste more of my time dealing with them? I guess if Snappy Snapps really wanted to rectify the situation they could have asked for a picture of a receipt/date of my visit etc and offered a refund. Well Snappy Snapps, go 'snapp' yourselves!

Went for passport size photos they had options for all different countries but they were too expensive for the quality of the photos.

Nice pic shop , shame not one person was English , didn't feel comfortable and people speaking in broken Englishdidn't seem that they wanted White people in their shop, when collecting pictures later they were slid onto the counter and no thanks was received for my custom at all.Very uncomfortable visit .Where did their customer service go..No hello how are you and how cam I help , nor no thanks for using snappy snaps either ...

I am appalled by the customer service I received at snappy snaps when attempting to have my 2 different passport pictures taken. The service was incredibly unprofessional and greedy. Additionally, the pictures were rejected by GOV , they also upsell us by falsely claiming that two sets of pictures were needed instead of one. Furthermore, the service was extremely expensive. Save your money and time

Wish I could leave a Zero rating. My husband went to get a head and shoulder shot of my daughter. What he was shown that would be printed was different to what was actually printed. When my husband pointed this out, their response was, thats what you agreed to. Which it wasn't. Person who did it just shrugged and turned his back. The manager that was there just walked away. BE AWARE THAT YOU WONT GET WHAT THEY CLAIM YOU WILL. Customer service is DISGUSTING. Needles to say thankfully he didn't get the second photo done as they were incapable of sizing it to fit our frame.

Printing an A3 coloured basic poster print on a £13 photo paper instead of £2/3 it should be and charging us 6 times the amount. Multiply that by 30 pages.. No options offered! I don’t want to imagine how much they over-charge old people who wants some basic printing. No itemised billing either. So, you really don’t know how much you are getting ripped off. Proper setup. No refunds or apologies offered. Will be pursuing this.

Worst Service ever had. They didn't email the photo. so I have to retake my passport application. AND the staff is rude and not helpful
