Shop opens 10.30am and doesn't open on time so if your prepared to wait good luck, some of the prices are marked so no need to ask for the prices of some stuff the shop needs to be abit more organised and cleaned other then that you can find most American candy in here(well known popular ones) drinks and crisp and other stuff.

Thanks for the flamin hot mountain dew and the cotton candy flavour cube shaped lollipop. The atmosphere of the shop and layout overall was excellent. The prices for the American products were good to not to expensive also the shop was well organised. I recommend anyone who wants to try American candy, snacks or drinks to visit the shop whenever they are in Leicester looking forward to seeing you hopefully next time.

So overpriced. I bought a Reese's for £2 when you can buy from Poundland for £1 and the king size. When I asked for the price the lady said 0.99 and I paid contactless so I could not see how much it charged.

Children went in with dad, and came out with lots of treats that were months out of date. Tried to call to advise, but not a leicester number and no one answers. So unfortunately I have to Google review to advise people buying in store to CHECK THE DATES.

Absolutely awful customer service! Rude staff and alot of the products are of poor quality even when they are in date. Tried to return unopened packets of food, was made to feel like a liar and staff argued with me aggressively and unashamedly.

As an American studying in Leicester this is the only store in the city that I shop at. Not only do they have just about everything I could ever want from home but they have it at such reasonable prices it’s not even funny, and the people at the counter are the sweetest people ever I always have a good chat with him when I go in. I should have done this last year but I literally love this store.
