Useless service. Just visited the siteAs a reply to the below comment. I “visited the site “ I meant the shop itself in Stockton and two of the staff were not helpful at all, they did not provide the expected help/ service. They were laughing at my family simply because we spoke a foreign language.If you need more information, you can email me if you are really trying to achieve good management.

Absolutely superb service. Required football kits in a very small time window and Motif8 were able to supply. Matthew was a star in ensuring the colours and logos were all designed great and Megan a pleasure to deal with making payment. All in all a 5 star experience. Glad I used a local business rather than going online.

Matt and the team done me a great service by fast tracking a bespoke order.They communicated with me through the process from initial request - design - approval and finally printing. All through this they kept ne up to date, offered ideas and input.This was a top class service and the final product was without doubt first class, quality piece of work.Best in the area and probably the best in their field of work!!!!If you doubt my review - then try them for size - pun intended!

Poor, ordered tshirts 3 weeks before needed. Had virtually 0 communication between the motif8 team and my self after numerous emails. Paid for the order however still failed to produce My order in time. Very disappointed with the service

this place is so horribly slow . I am so disappointed with their service and thought they would’ve do better. I ordered my uniform 4 months ago and still haven’t received it. I called and they said it haven’t arrived to the warehouse yet but what is taking them so long?! I really desperately need my uniform. They need to be more quicker and put together so disappointed.

I've used motif8 for the last 2 years for school uniform. They've always gone above and beyond to help especially when my daughter joined year 7 last year and I didn't have a clue what I needed. My little boy is still wearing lasts year's jumpers as the quality is really good so I only needed to top up his uniform this year with one jumper! I ordered over the phone and received an email when it arrived at the store. The queue was quite long and it did take a while to be seen but it was the week before the children went back so to be expected.

I needed a top printed very last minute for an event and I can not thank this place but more so their front line staff members enough, they went up and beyond. The End result was way better then I had expected. Will be using you again in future.

After 13 years of ordering school uniform from Motif8, this year (our last year) the service once again exceeded my expectations. The staff each year are extremely polite, helpful and friendly, despite how busy they are. Nothing is ever too much trouble and when placing orders, you are told the lead time and I must say each year the items have always arrived earlier than quoted. This year, my head was all over and I went to Rawcliffes a week before school started and was told I would have to order the items I wanted and that unfortunately they would not be delivered in time for school starting. I was expecting this as I had left it so late, however my expectations were totally blown away when I received an email to tell me that my items were ready to be collected the Saturday before school started! Thank you so much everyone at Motif8/Rawcliffes for working so hard, you do such a great job!

We recently purchased a Rugby bundle and are over the moon with the set. The clothing is bright and vibrant in colour, nice soft fabrics which have washed really well. The shorts and trousers are hard wearing and the kit looks super smart.Service from start to finish has been wonderful. The website was easy to use, I was updated when the order was ready for collection. The shop is handy and staff worked super hard serving customers for school uniforms. Thank you Motif8.
