The initial promise was that the wall panels would be delivered on the 21st of September. This timeline was crucial for us as we had scheduled a bathroom renovation project for one of our valued clients, and we relied on your commitment to meet this deadline. Unfortunately, the panels did not arrive on the promised date, which left us in a difficult situation with our client.When we contacted your customer service on the 21st, we were informed that the delivery had been rescheduled for the 26th of September. Reluctantly, we communicated this delay to our client and proceeded to prepare for the installation, hoping that the panels would indeed arrive on the new date.To our dismay, the 26th came, and the panels were still nowhere to be found. We immediately contacted your company again, only to be told that the panels were now scheduled for delivery on the 28th of September. This inconsistency in delivery dates not only caused significant inconvenience but also resulted in our client's dissatisfaction.On the 28th, we visited your store personally to address the issue, and shockingly, we were told that the panels would not be available until the 3rd of October. This was utterly unacceptable, as we had already committed to our client that their bathroom renovation would be completed by a certain date. Due to your company's repeated delays, we are now facing a one-week delay in our project completion, which has a direct financial impact on our business.Furthermore, our client has expressed their frustration and disappointment with the extended delay and inconvenience caused. They have demanded a £500 discount on the project due to the disruption, which puts us in a difficult position, as we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations because of the delayed delivery.Do yourself a favour and buy your panels online

Not only was Steve late for our appointment and did not even apologise, it is now 2 weeks since and have still not heard from them for a quote. Can't rate service as there has been none.
