really lovely staff and good prices. They were so helpful in finding me the perfect climbing shoes. I came back several times in a month in search of the perfect pair and every time the staff were patient and accommodating. Definitely will return for all my climbing needs :)

I visited a few days ago to return a pair of shoes that I had ordered online that didn't fit. They sorted that with absolutely no problems so I thought I'd have a mooch about while I was there and see if I could find a pair that did fit.What followed was an epic ordeal with the two fellas with beautiful flowing locks (sorry, I'm awful with names!) trying to sort me out after it soon becoming apparent that I have weird shaped feet. It must have been a dozen pairs of shoes that they came out with over the course of what must have been nearly an hour, but in the end they managed to find what felt like the perfect shoe!The range of shoes and sizes of said shoes that they hold is pretty impressive, certainly something that it turns out I needed!After all of that, when it came to paying I had the pleasant surprise of the shoes being discounted to cheaper than anywhere online without even needing to ask for any price matchy lark. Certainly doesn't get better than that!I already have and will continue to recommend these guys every time from now on! Huge thanks!

Hidden away in an Easton trading estate. Take all the time you need to try on from the very wide range of climbing shoes with advice from relaxed knowledgeable staff. Much better prices than the nonspecialists in town too.

So helpful and friendly. My partner and I came in looking for beginners' bouldering shoes and the guy working there brought us so many pairs to try on, gave us great advice, and didn't try to up-sell us on stuff we don't need. He was also just really friendly. Will definitely use them again for anything I need.

My experience is just of the website side. Probably the best range of products in the UK for climbing, prices are also reasonable. I have bought a number of items from them and been happy with the items. However...On two occasions I have had issues with after care specifically customer service. Shoe repair took over a month after being told 2 weeks. I have no issue with some delays but this was too long. Staff were very professional for the whole procedure and mostly quick and responsive, although I did have to chase. However, refused to offer any solution other than I would have to wait as it was the suppliers fault. It took me two attempts to get the issue escalated to a supervisor, who was apologetic but also adamant they had done all they could. Shoes are now back and have been repaired to a good standard but the process was a bumpy one, also costed me a months worth of shoe rental which does add up. And makes me nervous to buy from here again.

Buying a new pair of climbing shoes from BananaFingers was a great experience. The staff were incredibly patient and helped me work out which shoe fit my feet best. Can't recommend enough, especially if you're looking for your first or second pair of shoes and aren't entirely sure what you're looking for.
