Had shutters installed on 4 windows in June. Two were installed correctly the other two were not. It is now November and we have gone to the shop and phoned numerous times over the last 5 months to find out when they are going to fix the shutters but with no success. After service care is non-existent. Would not recommend them.Update - rep came out and said yes shutters will be replaced in January. Now Feb 23rd and still waiting to hear from him or C&S Design.

This company was recommended tome by a friend as place to go for curtains with the personal touch. I didn’t find any personal touch at all. I called in to look at fabric, I found the woman to be unhelpful and she just seem to want to pack me off with sample books, rather than giving help. It was though it was too much trouble. The quote was sent as a text, whatever happened to talking to your customers. Not impressed by the service or the company.

Non existent aftercare. Blind was fitted but didn’t look right (roller blind with a gap at the top and brackets showing) Asked them for a possible solution that we were willing to pay for and never heard back. Called 3 times and still waiting.

Excellent service and fitting, cannot fault them. This is the 2nd time I have had them with 5 star service.
