I couldn’t recommend the White Tara Clinic more.I had never tried acupuncture and wanted to try it both to deal with a tight shoulder and back and to look at my overall health. Monica is so knowledgeable and attentive and the acupuncture has really worked for me. I have continued to see her through my first pregnancy and she is able to adapt her treatment to support the pregnancy journey brilliantly as well.Having heard about Body Talk, I also decided to try a programme of sessions with Duncan and it enabled me to address / process some things that had burdened me for years. Duncan’s level of intuition is incredible and you feel in very safe hands during these sessions.Alongside the quality and care of the treatment, Monica and Duncan are lovely people who have made each session feel supported and highly informed. I get serious health condition in 2022. Thought good to find a very experience Acupuncturist to support my medical treatments. Monica was recommended by two other friends. I immediately booked my first appointment. I was impressed how detail questions she asked about my health condition and noted them carefully. Also she was very careful about her hygiene and the hygiene of her work place. Each time I received excellent care and service from Monica. She has a great knowledge for sure. Sometimes we tried reiki or meditation in addition to the Acupuncture sessions. They were absolutely very relaxing. I would certainly recommend Monica to everyone who wants to get some precious time for themselves.

Monica helped me really get to the core of some long term health issues and helped me work through a lot of emotional baggage that was interlinked. Never did I think when I first started going that I would take the huge steps in my healing as I have done. The best acupuncture in hove. I had no idea it can help to improve my vision and my tired eyes. Did you know there is eye acupuncture? Don’t worry she does it on your body not eyes. No needles in the eyes, neither you can see or feel needles, never knew it is so comfortable treatment. Thank you

I can't recommend Monica enough. I'm new to acupuncture but decided to reach out to see if it could help with some chronic pain I've been experiencing due to endometriosis and digestive issues. Having not felt listened to by the NHS, it was honestly refreshing to talk to someone who genuinely cared about the whole picture (as opposed to just one symptom).Monica's approach to acupuncture extends far beyond the physical aspects. I personally still have a bit of ground to cover on my own journey but have already seen great improvements in pain levels. Monica is very knowledgeable in her craft and I can't recommend her enough. I was suffering from severe facial spasms which were embarrassing and really took a toll on my confidence at work/personal life. After getting in touch with White Tara clinic, Monica had eased my symptoms with acupuncture within 2 weeks and the spasms were completely gone within 6-8 weeks. She has also really helped me to address some pre-existing PCOS symptoms with helpful tips on dietary plans and being more mindful of my body's stress points. Fully recommend to anyone wanting an alternative to more mainstream invasive methods.
