Very impressed with the service here. Friendly chap took his time to discuss failed close couple joint and siphon. And provided a clearly better alternative. Lots of very good advice on fitting. As a DIYer (the good type!), I went in to try and get some replacement parts for a nasty bodge job a previous owner did, after recently moving into a new house and the chap behind the counter was more than happy to discuss the issue and come up with the best solution. Their range isn’t the greatest I’ll admit but they’re by no means unhelpful and their slightly higher prices than Screwfix/Toolstation are justified for the knowledgable service.
