Purchase a car from Raj who did not provide an invoices for the final payment I made.I receive no new keeper slip as I was told that they left it at the point of handover.I have since recieve a parking fine for parking on double yellow line.When I carefully looked on my V5C I realise that the dealer dishonestly submitted the wrong date of when i became the registered keeper to DVLA.Dispite all my efforts to contact this dealer no one pick up the phone.Beware of the possibility of fake are made up recipes.I will now refer this case to the motor ombudsman further actions unless someone can send me a invoice for the car I paid for on June 8 which was when the car was delivered.

The service was impeccable. Friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful but more importantly not pushy. Great range of cars with competitive prices. Very professional and polite. Would recommend to all!

I purchased an Insignia SRI VX Sport Tourer from Autobahn and I’m over the moon with it. The vehicle was sold, after negotiating, at a very good price compared to other comparable cars on the market. It was MOT’d and any issues I found during test drive were rectified without question, including a scratch on the door. Excellent communication from the manager and he gave me all the required details (such as VIN and log book serials numbers / dates) to complete checks with the AA without delay. The vehicle came with their standard 3 months warranty with options to extend it. To add, the vehicle was delivered to my home in Bedford without cost. I will certainly be going back in the future, a highly recommended dealer.

There were a few things I asked to be taken care of and they were more than happy to help, as well as making sure the car was spotless for when I picked it up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Auto Bahn is honestly by far one of the worst dealerships I have ever encountered. Absolutely no decorum, honesty or integrity within this company and Raj. I purchased a car from them on 16th December, which seemed fine at the time but the amount of issues that had risen from then until now is truly beyond a mockery. Bearing in mind that it is now February. To keep it short, we had informed Raj and the dealership that we wanted a few pointers resolved before taking the vehicle upon purchase, he assured us that everything would be fixed; it was then left with them for a week before actually being able to take the vehicle home since purchase. Within a few days of having the vehicle, we had realised that the issues we had mentioned weren’t actually fixed. The dealership then had arranged to pick up the vehicle and fix the issues again, upon receiving the vehicle back again, the issues were somewhat fixed but not entirely. A couple days later, the engine management light had appeared, which we thought was very odd… considering it had be in the dealership’s possession majority of the time. Informed the dealership again, they came to collect the car to fix again, when we received the car back again for the third time, it had appeared to be okay. However, as we were already unsure about the dealership and the amount of times we had to return it to get resolved for issues we shouldn’t have been having in the first place, we decided to book the car into a Mercedes main dealership for a health inspection and recall as Mercedes vehicles from 2014 were being recalled for software updates, etc. Upon taking the car to Mercedes and collecting it once works were completed, the management light came on again AND with a message about the Adblue; and how the vehicle being impossible to start within a certain amount of miles. We took the car back to Mercedes to ask why this was happening, they had informed us and written a report detailing the issue with the car. The vehicle’s Adblue had been removed and was disguised due to remapping of the vehicle , therefore when Mercedes updated the software in the car, it had revealed all the issues. Highlighting the many issues with the car, e.g. the car was advertised as ULEZ compliant but never was, as the Adblue was removed (which is highly illegal), there are components missing in the car’s engine, corrosion on some of the wires where the Adblue was, and more.Since this main issue with the vehicle, the dealership has been avoiding us and not returning any calls. Up until then, Raj had been constantly in contact regarding the vehicle. This has shown how corrupt, dishonest and unethical the whole company is. They know they’re at fault and have committed an illegal act (probably have done the same to many of their vehicles) and are now avoiding, in hopes we will not take this further.The mercedes dealership have written us a detailed report and this matter is now going to be taken further if they’re not willing to take back a vehicle that they sold unroadworthy.Dealerships like this should not be FCA approved or even given the opportunity to sell cars, for this reason we will be reporting this to the FCA and financial ombudsman.To show no remorse or professionalism by returning calls and resolving this matter, clearly shows the type of people and company you’re dealing with.For anyone that is looking to purchase a car form them, do yourself a HUGE favour and steer clear. I wouldn’t have written such a lengthy and detailed review if I wasn’t as fuming and disappointed as I am. They need to be held accountable for their incompetence and lack of professionalism.

My boyfriend has just bought a car from autobahn and recieved a friendly and professional service. They were also able to rectify a minor car fault in a matter of 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
