Extremely helpful and professional estate agency in Nottingham. I was helped by Gabby in each step involved in moving in. She was always quick to respond over email and was easy to get hold of. It was my first experience renting a house in the UK. I think I'm lucky to meet Gabby Iskierka from the Tomlinson Estate.I was from Ukraine with a little son and without a guarantor. I was looking for a house with three bedrooms to invite my mother to come to the UK and help me take care of my son. So that I get an opportunity to work full-time. Most realtors ignored me. I wasn't too unattractive a customer for the landlords either. They didn't even want to understand my ability to pay particularly. It was easier for them to turn me away at the application stage. However, Gabby agreed to give me a chance to prove myself. I passed all stages of the inspection, and now my son and I will have a lovely home for a year.Gabby always has replied to all my letters very quickly and thoroughly. She supported me at all stages of renting my new house, and her advice was always very professional and helpful. Tomlinson Estates are a great sales and letting estate agents. We purchased a property with them and it was a pleasure working with Joe Hammond who was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. They also have a great letting side to the business operating in the Nottingham area, and are good for student lets in particular.
