Did a great job at servicing my BMW 5 series. Perfect service. Collected car from the workplace, kept me posted on the progress and delivered the car back in time.Brought the car for recall had some issue,They give me brand new courtesy car for some reason my headunit was down they can't do the update, i been diagnosed i need to replace the headunit and then they will be able to do the recall, but Gemma manage to sort everything for free of cost she got me warrantyHonest, polite, and friendly staff high level customer service at a . Highly recommended!

Spacious new showroom and customer lounge. My recent oil service and MOT was carried out carefully and I was happy to accept some recommended additional pieces of work for brake pads and Aircon service. Good communications as work progressed and a pleasant environment in which to read or catch up on work online.

Doesn't confirm to BMWs core values of Openness, transparency and appreciation. Extorted my father for a routine service appointment. We took in the car because the boot lock had broken and needed replacing. They tried to charge us £360 to do this work - £140 to 'ingestigate' what we had already told them. We fitted the lock ourselves in 10 minutes when forced to by this dishonest business. Take your car to your local mechanic, don't bother with these fakers. Pathetic.

Had a really rubbish experience and got blitz for parts.I put my car in with them for some diagnostics as I had a long standing issue with it... The car came back 5 weeks later, with me 1.4k worse off and the car still had the same issue. But to add insult to injury, I had to constantly chase them along the way.I was advised of what they thought was the issue to begin with an authorised some works. Which, to their credit, they did do some additional investigations on top of this also. But the most frustrating part was repeatedly being promised call backs and then never getting them, so then me having to chase them.When I eventually did get the car back, it didn't make it home! I called up and spoke to the service manager (which is what their own boucher says to do) who was quite confrontational and rude. The chap told me to bring the car back, despite the 5 weeks they had and it and the fact it didn't drive. He also told me it could be a completely different fault, despite the symptoms being exactly the same as when it went in.Once I did get it back home I had two different independent mechanics have a look and both advised me it was unlikely to be what BMW were saying (timing chain) and that I should scrap the car.What would have made this experience better, other than them being able to actually fix my car would be if someone was polite, helpful and call me back when they say they will.The car is now we buy any cars graveyard....they do offer you coffee if you ever go there though.Updated: the irony of BMW replying to this, asking for more details, me emailing and them then not replying isn't lost on me.

What a nasty experience. Put a deposit on a m3 . Was told car immaculate. Travelled 3 hours to collect and was shocked to see condition of car. Seats were a mess, brake discs and pads were on way out. And forgot to mention had a new engine. Spent over £200 travelling just to be dissaponted and nothing offered to make up for it . Avoid at all cost

I went there recently with a problem with my back left tyre losing air too quickly.They had already done some glue fix on the tyre previously, to see if that would fix the problem (it didn't, but at £15 it was worth a try), and when I went back and said it was still losing air, I sat there in the waiting room for an hour, only for them to come back and say there's no problem.The mechanic told me the only problem was that I had the tyres at the wrong settings - (they didn't then tell me what they thought the correct tyre settings were).It was nonsense though, because even if my tyres were off by a bit, they all get inflated to the same number each time, and I was fully aware that the back left was losing air much faster - doesn't make a difference if my tyres are all inflated to 32 or 35 does it?! If one is losing air much faster, it has a problem.Oh and I was also told 'and you didn't have the caps on the tyres' - well of course I don't, because every few days, I have to put more air into that tyre (and of course I top up the others at the same time, thought they haven't gone down much).Again, that is making no difference. I am 100% sure my left back wheel is losing air at a faster rate than the rest, and the one place that should have all the answers (BMW centre), does not have the answers.I'm now in the depressing situation of having to contact them again for another appointment, knowing full well they've been unable to locate the problem in the first attempt, so EXACTLY THE SAME THING is likely to happen again, and I'll drive there and sit there for another hour and be told there is no problem at all when I know there full well there is.The place is a terrible location too - no public transport for those wanting to drop off a car. I'm going to have to go through the same depressing process all over again.

I had a good experience with the sales team at BMW Melksham. I bought a BMW from new and was led through the whole sales process in a friendly and honest way. I was offered a good new car discount and a fair trade in deal for my old car. The whole process was transparent and well communicated. Particuliarly their sales manager Laurynas Sarka was very helpful.

They call themselves BMW? I think not. Had my car for a few days and were unable to diagnose an issue, only advice they gave me was to keep an eye on it and to bring it back if it worsens. Service staff were clueless on the phone, ended up ordering the wrong parts for what they thought was the issue. Instead, I decided to take it to a specialist dealer quite some distance away, who were able to identify the issue very quickly. Wouldn’t touch the cowboys here even if it were the last place on earth. Also they state their courtesy car waiting times are around 3 months? Seriously? Absolute joke.

Any experience we've had here has been beyond disappointing. Currently we have been left without our car for over three weeks. A courtesy car is beyond reach (because they are never ever available) and still waiting for a call back on the repairs for the past 2 weeks!! See how long it's going to return the call as promised. Awful customer service, just fancy facilities and good coffee by the sounds of it.

Larry and Chris looked after us superbly well all through the ordering and delivery of our new BMW 5 series Touring. Their professional efficient approach inspired confidence which was not misplaced. I thank them for their help and support and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks guys.
