Connor and his team repaired the roof on a single floor extension at short notice.

Terrible firm wont be using them again made a mess of the job and wont come back to go fix the mess they are a disgrace absolutely useles i dont know why they treat people this way wish i had read the reviews first please dont use this firmY

If anyone can Connor can.Dont ask Bob he cant fix it..Ask PFC they do what the others cant.

Do not use this company, I never write bad reviews but Conor’s treatment has been appalling. He replaced guttering and downpipes to the front of my house, when removing cast iron downpipe there were 6 large holes where render came away. Conor had agreed to make good within original price. I foolishly paid in full on the day, his men also knowingly snapped off around 8 branches to a very expensive umbrella acer. Conor agreed to either replace or compensate, was very nice about it and so was I. It’s now been 16 weeks since original job I’ve been in touch with Conar asking when he was coming to do repairs - kept saying next week and never turned up. He now refuses to answer my calls, doesn’t reply to my messages and when I called on a friends phone he hung up on me. Terrible service and I’ve no idea why he has treated me in this manner.

Where do I start with this company and Conor Smyth. We had one side of our roof refelted/slated and all soffits and gable ends replaced not too long ago, all was paid for on time and then we noticed how bad the work was. None of the soffits had been sealed so there are huge gaps which has allowed birds into the roof. The gable ends were literally tacked on with one fitting on each end and as those haven’t been sealed either one end fell off and snapped (apparently a light breeze is now classed as ‘storm damage’). There is plastic wrapping left on some of the soffits, slates loose, huge holes where the soffits clearly don’t fit, we can’t even open one of the windows because the soffit is too big and hasn’t been fitted correctly.I have been trying to contact Conor for months to get this resolved, he does not answer the phone or messages! After a while he finally got back to me and gave me a date (1st July) to sort the ‘snags’ then never turned up. They also tried to charge me £750 for scaffolding to fix the gable ends. He is now refusing the answer any calls or messages.Do yourself a favour and use another roofer, someone who actually takes pride in their work and understands after care customer sales and fixing things when they cleared messed up in the first place.They also appear to be linked to CG Johnson Enterprise (link is on his WhatsApp profile) of which the positive reviews on that page are from family members so don’t believe everything you read.I will be sharing my experience far and wide so others don’t fall for using a cowboy company like this!

PFC arranged three times to come and quote on a house being purchased. All three times they failed to show. Lost me the purchase of the property, which left me with wasted costs of £1500. Terrible communications. No point engaging a company who don’t do what they say at the start.

PFC Roofing came to fix a leaking gutter, when it next rained it still leaked. they repeatedly promised to fix this but never have and are now not replying to my messagesAs per the reply I got, they never said that or I would have told them to not try and fix it and got someone else
