Ordered at 6:45…. Called at 9pm to cancel.Honestly if you want food on, say a Friday night then order the week before.They are absolutely useless. Never has a takeaway taken so long.You call and they are rude to you, at best they shout in pigeon English at worst they swear and threaten.I can’t really rate the food because the 3 occasions we have tried to order it never gets to us. For reference we live 2 miles away.With the advent of Uber, just eat and Deliveroo just pick another place, you will never get a warm meal from this circus.

The seaweed was missing from our order. The half crispy duck was not just crispy but way overcooked and hardly any meat on it.

Best chinese we've had in years. Used to use you when we lived in the Bourne. So glad you deliver to Tongham. Really excellent.

Used to be so good but recently they’ve taken their eye off of the ball.Third week running we’ve picked up only to find that there has been things missing and even someone else’s meal when we have got home.Twice they’ve said they will redeliver but that took 90 minutes to do so.No customer service at all which is a shame because the food used to be good.

most UNREAL chinese !!!! we never go anywhere else and have been getting it here for years - no other chinese comes CLOSE. salt and pepper chicken and chicken satay are a MUST but honestly everything is beaut. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered at 7.15 pm and the food didn't arrive until 8.45pm. One of the rices was missing, plus the wrong sweet and sour dish was delivered. Usually Tasty House food is good but this evening it was cold, greasy and tasted awful. To be fair the missing rice was delivered within 15 minutes of me calling to complain and that was acceptable, being properly cooked, but it arrived too late to eat properly with the rest of the food. I requested a partial refund, which I thought was a fair request, but the maximum they would give on a £25 meal was a paltry £5. I don't throw food away easily but most of it went in the bin. Sorry Tasty House, I appreciate you probably had a busy night but you used to be my favourite takeaway and I can't afford to pay for bad food, so I will never risk using you again.

Been a customer for at least 10 years and I am never disappointed. So much so I made an account just to leave a good review. Food is amazing and reasonably priced, never had an issue with service and overall experience is always great. The salt and pepper chicken is a local landmark in itself! I highly recommend you give it a try.
