Freska

I have had the absolute pleasure of trying Freska a number of different times now and every time I have done, it has went above and beyond any expectations I had.Sonal is so clever in how she is able to create completely unique menus every time yet keep it consistent with the Freska experience of dining.Alongside coming to the supper clubs and take out boxes I recently attended a cooking class lead by Sonal, where she went into detail and explained the different dishes we were preparing from start to finish. This has since allowed me to be more adventurous in my own kitchen at home, with me now attempting new dishes I hadn’t had the confidence trying previous to this session, I will 100% be attending more in the future!Can’t wait for the next time!

I’ve attended two Feska dining experiences now and both were equally fantastic. Sonal’s attention to detail and menu choices are out of this world, it felt like an experience not just a meal out, really special! Thank you!

My partner and I did a vegan Gujarati cooking class through Fresca. I couldn't recommend this class enough (even for non-vegans!). We learned a ton and had wonderful time. We have since started including the recipes we learned in our regular meal rotation at home. Definitely don't wait and book one of these cooking classes! It makes a wonderful gift for friends and family!

Freska private dining was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Communication was amazing throughout and Sonal chatted to us a lot to make sure she got everything right for us. The night itself was perfect, the food was incredible and all the finishing touches such as name cards and table decorations just made it even more special. Now I’m just waiting for an excuse to use Freska again and again!

I had the privilege to experience an amazing night with Freska a few month ago. From start to finish everything was perfect. Each dish was beautifully made and tasted so fresh. I got to experience an array of Middle Eastern dishes which I have never tried before, sharing plates with loved ones in a relaxing and friendly environment. The food was an absolute 10/10 and I can not recommend Freska enough❤️

Sonal and her family are amazing! We have joined them at The Forge for a supper club which was absolutely divine and have sent family there as a Christmas gift too.We have recently taken part in one of Sonal’s cooking courses and this was just as high a standard. We learnt to cook 3 dishes on her home and the ate these dishes with a drink and took home a recipe card for a step by step.Already made it and it has proven very popular100% recommend
