Loved the entire ZFL experience and would definitely recommend, I felt so relaxed in Paul’s company right from walking through the door. The treatment was explained to me, loved the aftercare advice after each treatment. I found the visualisations so relaxing all my stress and worries seamed to melt away. My skin is certainly firmer and lifted with a healthy glow. There is a marked improvement in my skin condition and I do feel wonderful from the inside out. I definitely look and feel more youthful. Great first-time reflexology experience at Sherwood Wellness. I’ve been meaning to try reflexology for a while and recently I had a knee issue, with some pain and discomfort. So, I wondered if reflex could help. I found Paul to be very personable. I found the treatment to be so relaxing and during the treatment I can only describe that I felt a ‘fizzing’ sensation at the back of my knee. 24 hours later my knee pain had reduced, and the swelling has gone down. Having had reflexology with Paul a few years ago I spoke to him about my lower back problems as I was having muscular spasms and nerve pains. He said reflexology can help with pain management. He wasn't wrong. 1 treatment a week for 4 weeks has seen a 95% improvement in my problems. The spasms have stopped and the nerve pains are virtually none existent. I will continue for a couple more session over the next 4 weeks as a top up - and because it's a very relaxing treatment which has also helped withy sleeping. Paul has also provided me with a lot of materials and links for various exercises to try at home. I would definitely recommend Paul, he's professional and very knowledgeable. If you've always thought about it but been sceptical don't be...give Paul a call.

Having endured severe trauma to my lower left leg including countless operations over a number of years , I signed up to a course of pain relief management with the very personable Paul at the Sherwood Wellness Centre. Whilst not curing it , reflexology has provided me with some relief So pleased to achieve this without taking medication I look forward to continuing and enjoying the benefits of the treatment in the New Year

Sceptical as first, but the reflexology sessions have definitely helped with my pain management. I had a excellent reflexology session with Paul, focusing on pain management for muscle & joint pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis The consultation before hand was professional & informed, the confidence it inspired was not misplaced. The treatment itself was soothing & relaxing, Paul is very skilled & focused. Afterwards not only was I totally relaxed but had my first undisturbed nights sleep for many months. Certainly helped with pain relief & my general well being & lifted my mood. Heartily recommend Paul.

The venue is lovely, and Paul gives excellent Reflexology. From the moment I arrived, throughout the Reflexology to the moment Paul waved goodbye I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. A fantastic discovery. Having had breast cancer I wasn’t prepared when lymphoedema developed in my arm, compression garments etc. Had never given reflexology a thought until a friend noticed the reflexology lymph drainage. I’m absolutely delighted with the results, the swelling has reduced in my arm, I can wear tops I’ve not been able to wear for ages, I have fingers and not sausages! and I can now wear my wedding ring and a bracelet which made me quite emotional, I feel like I’ve got my confidence back. Highly recommended. Paul was very down to earth, put me at ease explained everything. I’m now definitely a reflexology advocate.
