Avoid this firm. My 90 year old Grandmother used them on the purchase of a leasehold property. 2 years after the purchase there are still issues as Tony Wilson didn't do the conveyancing right. At the same time as instructing them for this, my grandmother used them for another matter. Tony Wilson completely mucked this up and we had to get a direct access barrister to deal with the numerous litigation issues. Her barrister could not believe the level of incompetence of Tony Wilson. Mr Wilson seldom responds to emails or telephone calls and when he does feel like doing so, he comes up with endless excuses.Avoid using this firm. You have been warned. Terrible customer service with a shocking lack of professionalism, and due diligence.
