From the minute walked in the door and met Conor, it was nothing but a pleasure.I Was shopping for a Piano for my son and the service was excellent. There was no hard selling just go old fashioned guidance and advice and my lad was kept right and well looked after.Then came delivery and like the sale and purchase it was a pleasure, the guys who delivered piano couldn't have been more professional even though they had to get it up a flight of stairsHonestly couldn't thank Conor and his delivery guys enough highly recommend.

I purchased a piano from Conor a number of years ago for my daughter. Conor was so knowledgeable in helping me select the right piano. My daughter had many years of fun and enjoyment with the piano and completed up to grade five. Recently however my daughter has given up the piano to pursue other hobbies. Conor was so obliging and took the piano back. I hope someone else will get as much enjoyment from the piano as my daughter did. The guys that come to collect the piano this morning were so friendly and extremely careful removing it from my home. I cannot rate Drummond and Reid highly enough.

I was looking for a digital piano and their selection was great! Customer service was amazing; bought the piano Saturday, delivered on Tuesday. The owner, Conor, was very responsive and made the process incredibly easy. When I'm ready for an acoustic, I'll certainly be back. Thanks!

If you're looking for a top-quality instrument kept in optimal temperature conditions (very important!) and warm-friendly service, look no further! I purchased a Yamaha U3 from Conor for my home recording studio and I couldn't be happier with the instrument. It's been fully restored, there isn't a mark on the hammers. The action is even throughout and every note is pleasant and clear and resonant down to the bottom A. From the purchase to delivery and the first tuning, Conor has made the process a pleasure. I can't walk past the piano without playing it! Thanks Conor!

We recently purchased a piano from Conor for our daughters. We first view the piano on their website, then call up to view the piano on the shop. As it was our very first time buying a piano, Conor was very helpful before and after we bought the piano, he was so efficient that we got our piano delivered on the same week we confirmed the purchase. The guys who delivered the piano were also very friendly and helpful too, telling us how we should we should clean it. Drummond and Reid is just a lovely family business with great service and we would highly recommend it.

I emailed enquiring about 2 possible digital pianos I was interested in. I got a very quick response and headed up an hour later to have a look. Such brilliant customer service and attention given to me as I asked a lot of questions. Immediately purchased a Yamaha digital piano and it was delivered 4 days later. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking a piano. Huge range of pianos to view and an excellent professional service given.from a very satisfied customer.

Conor has moved a piano for us twice now for two house moves and the service is top class, absolute experts and it has always taken less than 5 minutes with no concern for damage to piano or walls/doors! Highly recommended.
