My memories of here were of a very busy and vibrant shopping venue, sadly it seems that a lot of shops are closed and the atmosphere has ghost town feel about it - such a shame. The shops that are open are still great and some lovely bargains to be had.

As a regular shopper over the years before the pandemic a visit would always be successful. I am sorry to say no more success. The pandemic I think has just about finished the site off.

On Tuesday this week we visited the Freeport, having had a leisurely look around we left to complete our journey. Later I realised I had lost my engagement ring. I was extremely lucky it was handed to reception. Following a lot of help from several people I was reunited with my ring on Friday. The staff at the Freeport were wonderful. Thank you to everyone concerned.

It's alright for a look around but didn't see anything I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, it was very quiet due to the winter weather & you can see that the cost of living crisis has done damage with empty shops. The staff in the shops were very friendly.

We attended the soft play within the Freeport and this was a very relaxed and enjoyable visit. There was plenty of space for everyone and there were things to do inside and out. The food is reasonably priced and the facilities were clean.

i love this place, i tend to visit pavers and get my foot wear from here also pound stretcher is a pretty good shop as well , theres shops selling outdoor wear for whatever activities you choose so come along guy's , enjoy xx

Used to come here years ago but when we came yesterday, it was so disappointing. Lots of empty shop units and the ones that were open, didn't provide much option (sorry!) unfortunately it has gone very down hill and needs a lot of money to make it better again. I feel for the shop owners. We went mid day on a Saturday, and there can't have been more than 50 people about!
