It's OK, In desperate need of updating, we'll placed and could be doing much better. Don't take card! Appears, to have a popular following. Allows (fake) smoking inside generally a bit behind the times. Not for us.

Local, warm and friendly. Never had a negative thing to say about the place. Barmaid could be swapped out though... Or at least crack a smile.

Been done up and is nice. Bit of an odd shape but it has a pool table which is fan-dabby-dozie. Also the local pub of the late, great well-known Bolton Conman Shaun Greenhalgh! #fact

Great local pub too Bromley Cross.Shows all the major sporting events, loads big screen TV in each room an round the building. Never stuck even when rather busy be able see a screen.There is a wide selection of good beer an the atmosphere is always buzzing.The sports man also offers a pool table inside plus a darts board in the games room. Inside & outside seating available, front beer gargen is quite a sun trap!!.

Had a great time one of my Daughter,s did a Macmillan Morning selling selection of Fabulous cakes Raffle tickets also great prizes , also tickets to guess how many sweets are in it to win but it is carrying on today as it as it was in our favourite pub The Sportsman Darwin Road Bromley Cross

This pub has gone really badly down hill. The landlord is very miserable. Not an enjoyable place to visit.
