Bev & Martin have offered excellent service, from initial inquiry to completion of work .My questions were answered quickly & professionally.The work carried out is a messy job, but Martin cleared up after the work and was very tidy. He was friendly & professional , which is great as work from home and was around .I would highly recommend them.Just need the hot weather now !

After talking about it for a while we decided to treat ourselves to air conditioning in our bedroom for those hot humid nights. From the start Mark and the team were highly responsive and very knowledgeable in talking us through the options, including overcoming some reservations my partner had on how the unit might look. Once we made a decision they were highly efficient in ordering the parts and installing the unit.Now the hot weather has come around we are sooooo grateful for the decadent luxury of being able to retreat into a beautifully cool bedroom. The unit blends in well and doesn't look obtrusive. It is also very quiet and efficient at taking and keeping the room at the chosen temperature.I would have no hesitation on recommending Mark and Ambassador to anyone tempted to install AC in their home. I had my air conditioning unit installed by ambassador air conditioning and I can't not fault them at all. Right from the initial quotation to the install, Mark and his team was helpful and informative and answered any questions I had in regards to the work.I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have any units installed.

We have used Ambassador Air Conditioning in Redditch twice now and both times they have really done a great job. They originally fitted air conditioning in our open plan offices. They were meticulous in what they did and created no disruption at all. They were very tidy and made no mess at all. We then had them back to fit air conditioning units in our other offices, which we use also for heating now. As Mark pointed out these units can be used not only for cooling but heating too and they are so quiet and efficient, they are the perfect solution for us. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great service and also the attention to detail they give.

Ambassador fitted a ducted system to mine and my daughters bedroom, and it has fundamentally changed how comfortable our house is (particularly of an evening). It's probably the best value home improvement to date, so whilst it might seem like a bit of a luxury, I can assure you that your only regret will be not having done it sooner.With regards to Mark and Rich, who installed my system, despite me being potentially the most demanding and awkward customer they've had, they could not have been more professional. It is rare to find tradespeople as respectful of your home as they were... A 5 star service from quote to completion.

Had a domestic install done. Cannot fault a single part of the service. From Mark coming out to quote, Bev replying to my emails efficiently and then Martin and Richard who were very professional and tailored our install to suit us with no hassle and guided us to make a choice we’d be happy with (we were fussy, thanks for your patience). I would not hesitate to recommend.

Superb level of service and installed products.I started with 3 companies for air-con installation. AAC were by far the best at looking at my circumstances, advising and explaining my options. They supplied a price for the a-c units and installation which was very competitive.Installation was carried out totally professionally and quick. Units were installed, tested, and explained. The units are extremely quiet and very effective - wonderful!I most definitely would recommend this company.
