When I contacted Vilcol, I had come to an impasse, when trying to locate a person, who was possibly a half-sibling of my half-brother. I made my request to Vilcol, stating any results of the inquiry, would be dealt with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality. Within 48 hours, Vilcol had located the person of interest. I reached out to that person, and was emotionally touched, with the kindness of the reply. To cut a long story short, a person took a DNA Test and the results showed my half-brother and the person were half-siblings. I highly recommend the services of Vilcol.

I contacted Vilcol with just a name (& very common name at that) and a very old rental address from when she was a baby, I had no other information, not even a date or year of birth. I hired Vilcol to do an In-Depth trace after our chosen debt recovery company failed to find a debtors new address with their own basic search. Vilcol found the debtor within a week! I’m very pleased and impressed with this service and would recommend them.

Great service! Needed to trace a female with a 35 year old address, she's married and altered her first name in way its spelt but pronounced the same (yeah dodgy as hell). Came back with a correct address in days. Thanks guys !

Paid for a trace explained the town where the Debtor lived as they had been seen, Vilcol said they was on the other side of the country. I complained and yes lots of emails to put me off. Zero customer service save your money. Or give it to a good charity. Not sure why they would ask me to review them when I complained!

Submitted a request with Vilcol using their website. I then received a confirmation email regarding my request, but no information at all regarding what they will be doing with my request, when I will need to pay, if I needed to pay. I assumed that someone from the company would reach out to contact me on my request, but no one contacted me!6 days had past that I did not hear from this company until I received an invoice demanding payment for my request. I was confused as I did not believe I needed to pay as I did not hear back on ANYTHING from this company which was extremely confusing and frustrating. I told the person who sent me the invoice that I no longer needed their service as I used another company (which was the same price as Vilcol and I received results in the same day!).This person then told me I entered a contract with them and demanded the payment or ELSE!I managed to pay the invoice which did not include any specific instructions on how to pay it other than a bank account and sort code and I received my report next day.I highly DO NOT recommend to use this company as they are extremely un professional and do not clearly highlight or make it clear how there services work even up to the point of paying invoices!I would highly recommend you use other similar services out there that not only provide a much professional better quality services, but also offer results in the same day and not 6 days!

Contacted Vilco to trace a relative, whilst only able to provide a 30+ year old address (which turned out to be incorrect anyway) and a DoB. They came back within hours with a definitive trace, but also some sad news regarding the fate of the search subject. I have to commend the very sensitive way in which the disclosure of this information was handled by their agent and I therefore would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Their charge was also way lower than I would have anticipated for such a service.

Great company. Needed a professional process server to serve an eviction notice to extremely problematic tenants. Swift process, they act on your terms. Superb communication throughout. Del Hudson is great at his job!
