Did a job for them and they rang me and said they have gone bankrupt so can’t pay me. Still waiting for my money

Job itself was ok but unfortunately company doesn’t pay the invoice. Invoice was due to be paid 30/12/2021 and still haven’t been paid after several calls and emails which has been totally ignored. If you don’t want to do a job for free than I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful.

I work for this company for November and December 2021 . Owning me £2800 plus diesel cost, payment due in January 2022 but no where to be found.they claim a company called Benchark owning them over £45k and have course them owning drivers.After giving them a month , they block me and change company director and address.I know the same company have re-register another company and started shipping job for BENCHMARK FABRICATIONS,LETCHWORTH again Please be careful .
