Had an account for over 15 years + and finally left today after poor service and being given a shocking discounted rate of 97p litre which was not fixed on order. One phone call to a competitor - NRG gave a rate of 90p litre and I have never used them before. Please shop about in this current market and give WCF a wide berth.Standing order cancelled and requested accounts £150 credit to be repaid.

I have been a customer of WCF Fuels for some time and have always received outstanding service. The company go above and beyond to ensure deliveries reach you and I have taken delivery before now in extreme snow. Delivery personnel are always friendly and polite, as are the depot personnel. I have nothing but praise for them, and have no hesitation in fully recommending WCF Fuels.

Really great company to deal with. Got a super-competitive quote which beat the opposition hands down, and then £15.00 off via a discount code ! The ordering and delivery were both problem free and they even phoned me the night before delivery to advise. Would heartily recommend them as your first port of call.

This is our second top up from WCF Fuels & having compared prices for premium heating oil, they have come on top again. We find their website easy to navigate and now have an account with them. Highly recommended

Said that I'd get a text the day before delivery - I did. Said that I'd get a call 1-hour before delivery - I did. Delivery driver was helpful and provided a good, quality service. 5/5 very happy with the service.

The years roll by and still WCF Fuels NE continue to provide a reliable and excellent service.The drivers show and provide true customer focused service, Derek generally having been our top-notch driver over the years. That said, last delivery was brought by a very cheery Lewis. Notably he’d found our ‘hidden’ tank – a sure example of good team working twixt colleagues.And of course, here in Hexham we have Elaine who ever remains a star – invariably helpful, a calm sorter-out of things and always so cheery. Great team all round.
