Useless company. I had a bill statement from February to July. Yet my bill is meant to be every 3 months. I have been trying to ring to find out why this has happened and to ask where all my credit has went to.Every 30 seconds they have a stupid automated service who repeats the message about pressing 1 for a call back or 3 for staying on the line. This is extremely frustrating when you want to speak to someone and you have already selected option 3 10 times within less than 10 minutes.Yesterday I pressed 1 and received no call back at all. Poor service. Avoid!!

Stay away from this company. They has not paid out the £600 voucher and is trying to avoid it. They promised dozens of times that the money would be paid. It's now July and still nothing. Robbers

I lost my keypad card and contacted customer service plus billing on another occasion. Waited 20 mins on phone gave up and left my number I was supposed to be in a queue they have never rang back . Tried again they still didn't ring back and I waited all day. Tried on another day the same thing. Their customer service is non existent. I will be moving to another provider

SSE gas NI Absolutely disgraceful billing department - keyboard warrior bullies. Check your gas bills, any customers staying with this company. I’m out of it - Not worth saving a few pence for the stress they cause!

The worst comapny ever!!!!! I'm trying one week right now to get account sorted but every single time they said call back. One man is extremely rude and not very helpful. I hope they are going to have bankruptcy soon or at least sort out their customer service.

The worst customer service I have experienced in any industry! If you call them you are on hold for 1 hour + as they are always experiencing high call volumes". Its incredible the record profits they have seen recently but cant invest in a few more phones to be answered!If you want to speak to sales though you will be talking to them in a jiffy. Great to get you signed up then if you want to speak to someone after that you best be prepared to break out the séance candles and summon their customer service spirit!"

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Complete lack of willingness to help. During a very difficult cost of living crisis this is not good enough. I had to give up and moving to a different provider.

Robbers isn’t even good enough to describe this company!! Avoid at all costs! Told me using 200 units a month is normal alongside bills over £400 every other month.

I get quarterly bill, twice I've been charged two months straight to a total cost of over £500. I've had enough. Good riddance to bad thieving rubbish.
