Such a shame that after several amazing experiences at this salon that I am needing to leave this reveiw.They are usually very good but this time my daughters usual lady was not avaliable so after discussions she took the leap and was booked in with someone else which is a huge deal to her as she's autistic and suffers anxiety.Bad move she left the salon and burst out crying. I messaged the salon via fb to explain the situation and was offered 50% off another appointment, yes my daughter may have changed her mind and wanted her original shorter at the back and longer at the front rather than same short length off her shoulders all round as originally discussed at the appointment but the stylist said she will cut it longer and take it up if need be so the original was not even carried out.Shame that we thought we had found her forever hairdressers only to be left devastated, confidence knocked and not wanting to return.

Very professional, very friendly, understanding and helpful.... Prices very high depending on level of stylist you book. I am more than happy to pay for quality, and I do, but i found in excess of £55 for a 'tidy up' trim of my pixie cut a bit expensive... I was too nervous to even ask about colours...

What a lovely salon! Such warm and welcoming staff and a lovely environment. Sophie was a great help making me feel like I was in safe hands and talking through my options. I felt truly pampered. I decided to select a daring colour and am really pleased with the outcome even though I had a few jitters along the way. Thank you Sophie for doing an amazing job - I love the new me! I would highly recommend the salon.

After a disastrous attempt at home colour, I popped in to see if they could do anything to rectify what I had done. Paula (yes, same name as me!) talked me through the options and recommended that we try a colour remover initially and take it from there. Amazingly, she fitted me in the following day! I think she could tell how unhappy I was and took pity on me! The colour remover worked fabulously and Paula then said she could do some highlights to give a more natural look. To say that I am happy with the outcome would be an understatement! From my very first desperate phone call, to the minute I walked out with my hair finished, I cannot praise the service, the professionalism and the genuine friendliness and understanding highly enough. Would I recommend this salon? Absolutely. Will I use them again? Without a doubt. Will I ever colour my own hair again? NEVER!!! Cannot thank them enough. Paula Welch

What a special unique Salon.I used this lovely place on the spur of the moment- so glad my partner booked me in.If I wrote a detailed review I would be here all day so here's a quick one...From greeting, completely Covid friendly, polite, warm welcome, happy bubbly people.The stylist showed unbelievable attention to detail, she took time going through my hair to ensure the perfect cut, this was taken throughout , including choosing the perfect colour, styling - this was perfection - in the best way!The lovely apprentice also knew her stuff on all the products she was massaging into my hair (great hair washing and massage skills, I nearly fell asleep)A complete pamper experience from start to finish.It's fairly pricey but it's most certainly worth it!Best hair cut and colour I have ever had, I will certainly be returning.Thank you all for making my experience like no other ♥️

Libby lightened and styled my daughter's hair for her prom and my daughter is very particular, but came away raving about her hair. Thank you Libby for your patience and for the amazing job.

A truly exceptional experience!!Had a wonderful cut from the gorgeous Libby, with advice from Paula I know more about my hair now than the 47 years it’s been on my head!! Super friendly and welcoming they really know their stuff!! I can not thank you enough and look forward to seeing you again.

All I can say is Paula is a magician, I had cut my own hair over lock down and regretted it straight away, there was no way I thought Paula could manage to sort my hair in one sitting or that it would look anywhere as good as it does after she had finished, she is a very talented artist. She even managed to find time to put low lights in my hair that I hadn't been booked in for, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, thank you so much, highly recommended.
