I recently bought a car from Car World Sheffield. I am satisfied with the purchase and the staff let’s me test drive it as long as I wanted to. I traveled from Scotland and I can tell you guys that it was worth the travel. I found no faults with the vehicle and they are genuine sellers. Every questions I asked was answered and I appreciate the hospitality. I would definitely shop again and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car with a clean MOT history!

Me and my partner decided to take the 6hr round trip to view the exact Mercedes we had been on the hunt for for weeks, on arrival we were greeted by Tim who made feel us comfortable straight away! He gave us tour of the car and then a lengthy test drive which was nice! We fell in love with the car and bought straight away, it was exactly as described! We were even offered to food and drink which was a really nice touch! Once home I discovered the parking sensors weren’t working so rang Tim and he couldn’t of Been more helpful, the issue was quickly resolved even though we live 3hrs away! Cannot recommend Car World enough!! By far the best car buying experience I have ever had and hope to do business Again one day.

Car World, London Road, Sheffield. Well what can I say about buying a car from here, apart from DO IT ! We purchased a Jaguar from them today, and as strange as this may sound it was like meeting up with friends, not making a purchase. They are friendly, professional and most certainly NOT pushy. The car purchased today was for my husband, but I am so impressed with them, I know my next car purchase for me will be from Car World. I have never in my life purchased a car with such ease, no pressure and come away feeling disappointed that we were leaving. If you are looking for a good quality car, I cannot recommend Car World on London Road enough – it would be really foolish not to check them out if you’re in the market, you would miss out !

I purchased a Mercedes C-Class 3 months ago and it was a good purchase. After 3 weeks of purchase, I had an issue with the power steering pump, after I called Tim, he did not hesitate to have this repair and a colleague of him came to pick up the car and then gave it back (This was a really nice touch on his side).With all things in life, there might be any issues or mistakes, however by purchasing your vehicle at this company, you're really minimizing any possible risks. Tim (and his team) is a really honest salesperson and he will go above and beyond for you to be happy with your purchase.Finally, I 100% recommend to any one that is thinking about purchasing a car, to FIRST go to Car World Sheffield prior to making any purchase elsewhere. Amazing. Brilliant car at the right price. Bought an Jag XF and could not be happier. Had a slight issue after a week with the drivers window. Phoned Tim, fixed next day! Purchased a 15 year old X350 XJ from this dealer in December 2021. Tim and his colleague were friendly and happy to answer questions. The car is actually in better condition than they made out, which is rare. Didn’t feel pressured and had the opportunity to take the car on a decent test drive. To be honest the most pleasant dealer I’ve come across, a breath of fresh air in an industry full of rogues. Since purchase I have come across a couple of issues which I will need to get sorted. Unfortunately they showed up outside of the month warranty. To be fair it is an older luxury car so small issues are inevitable just a shame they developed now. Just the normal EGR issues. Overall I do recommend purchasing a car here. Better than 90% of car dealers so thank you and I’ll consider coming back in future.
