I like to describe Annette as ‘Grandmother Willow’ who holds the wisdom and guidance we all need in our life. Annette has helped me shift how I viewed painful memories of mine into positive life lessons. In one session alone I dropped a huge chunk of weight off me that I’d been carrying for such a long time, allowing me to learn the valuable lesson of forgiveness and acceptance.
