Superb campsite with short walk to the beach. This is a quiet site. Facilities plentiful and very clean. There is a shop at the next door site for essentials but it is a little pricey.Site is also dog friendly and there is a dog walk and a field to let them have a run.Would we stay again? Yes.

Always loved coming to fen farm ,but when you have more than 1 dog that has to be put on leads everytime you step out your caravan ,you sort of feel like your being watched by the warden all the time so we left a 2 days early . After being told 3 times,, it was just to much . 1st time mum walked my dog of lead n didn't know as she visited for the day .2nd we was sitting having a barbecue n dogs were asleep by our feet n 3rd time was my fault I apologised .so caring for disabled partner it all got to much .glad to be home. .

Only booked one night here but the campsite was good, we had a good size space. Toilet block was clean and well maintained. The beach is around a 5 minute walk from the campsite. They have food vans on site most evenings, a burger one on the night we were there, we went over shortly after it opened and were told there was an hour and a half wait after ordering so unfortunately we didn't try it as we were quite hungry. Maybe best to order in advance online if you decide to do this. The site says WiFi available but you have to pay extra for this.

Lovely camping and lovely people, the friendly warden helped us with our broke down car.Beautiful view and everything was very nice and neat.We would recommend!

Nice site spoilt by screaming kids from 7am.When you book in without kids, they should arrange the site so you are not in between sites with kids.Facilities nice a clean, warden very friendly, level site.

Arrived to a very friendly welcome.Excellent customer service all wardens always say hi and how are you.Facilities are immaculate. Hot showers in warm facilities. A radio plays in facilities which is lovely.Lots to do dog walks playground for the kids use if a shop next door pub across the road.Wonderful site wonderful staff.

Busy site with many season pitches. Flat with electric hook up. Clean and spacious shower block.Easy walk to beach and paths to explore the island.Very warm welcome from the warden.

Large campsite on the Mersea coast. Very good facilities that are cleaned regularly. Helpful informative wardens, motorhome service point. Fully serviced pitches. No shop or clubs etc but that suits me fine. Short walk to the beach and a pub and seafood restaurant a short walk away. Very good.

The facilities are very good and the wardens are very helpful. Unfortunately there was a real problem with gnats on our part of the camp and we had many in our caravan and many bites.The location is good and the pitches are wide and roomy.The problem that really spoiled our stay was the late night noise of campers. We our first night next to a large family making lots of noise until midnight. Our final night was marred by two sets of people camping next to each other who were very loud until 11:45 pm. There is nothing to prevent this from happening.
