Took a long sleeved shirt in to be converted into a short sleeve. Also left them with another shirt to be used as a template. The result was a shirt that has been left unwearable the sleeves aren't straight and are now too short.I've used these a few times in the past and have had decent results but after this debacle I'll never use them again. That's a £75 shirt lost plus the £12.50 alteration charge.Not at all happy.

I would a hundred percent recommend this dry cleaner to anyone that wants their items professionally altered and/or dry cleaned and washed. The staff is very polite and had my items done within a few days with a reasonable price.

I took a brand new jacket in to be dry cleaned (stained by my little boy) when I collected it the leather tab had been removed from the zipper. When asked where it was the gentlemen became very defensive, rude and obtuse. He suggested that the fault was mine as I should have removed it. I pointed out that he hadn't advised me I had to (like EVERY other cleaners I've used) and that it still remained that they had removed and subsequently lost it.Possibly the most obnoxious man I've dealt with in some time.I won't use again!
