Staff at the shop has little or no interest to help the customer with problematic simply once they sold their lemon.

Came in for an upgrade and was greeted by this lovely young man called aziz. He was very informative and helpful. He helped me choose the perfect phone for me. The store looked amazing and all the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend o2 to all my friends and relatives!

Went to store to see 1 (lady) store agent sleeping, and the other guy on his phone, didnt seem at all bothered to help. Wanted a phone contract, went to EE instead with there excellent customer service.

Very bad service they expect you to wait 20-25 minutes for a click and collect service which is terrible and especially while the sales consultant was free, also I’ve just been told by o2 customer service they provide e sims in store aswel but apparently they don’t do this according to the gentleman in store.

Let someone walk in to this store with my name and address and buy 3 new phones without payment without this flagging up as strange or potential fraud when I already have an 02 account. Then they threaten me with legal action for not paying. You would’ve thought you’d need ID or a valid payment method to buy 3 new phones on contract? Obviously won’t be paying for someone else’s fraud so if anyone fancies a free phone clearly all you need to do is walk in this store with someone else’s name and address and a walk straight back out! I’m never even stepped foot in Slough btw - good thing you show this on your letters though.

1 person dealing with customers, 1 security guard and the other person hosting' which means standing at the front of the shop doing nothing except taking peoples name if they want someone to assist or advise them with anything (1 while we were there) Absolutely disgusting
