Delighted by this service. A lost suitcase can be traumatic but you delivered the following day , miles and miles from the airport. The app allowed us to keep track of the delivery and you delivered within the 2 hours window you had informed us of. Thank you for a wonderful service.

When I was finally given the number (after contacting the original number provided by the airline) for the luggage service, the level of serve skyrocketed The person on the phone was super pleasant helpful friendly and professional. He provided specific info about times and checked details. The delivery person also did his job with a positive and helpful attitude Thank you!

Received an email from Rapid Air (UK) Ltd to let me know my luggage was on its way to my destination. The link provided gave me the name of the driver and provided an interactive map of the driver's whereabouts throughout the day. My luggage arrived within the estimated time frame. The driver (Kevin) was polite and helpful. I received more information from Rapid Air in relation to my missing luggage than I did from the airport/airline! Highly recommend this service. Great job!

On the day of delivery, I was sent an SMS message and an email message giving me a time window when to expect my suitcase to arrive. Twenty minutes before delivery, the driver let me know he was close by. The suitcase arrived in perfect condition. Much appreciated. Thanks Rapid Air :-)

Happy to say I received my luggage and the courier rang me to tell me that as I wasn’t home he had asked a neighbour to take in the luggage. Which was agreed. He told me the address and name of the neighbour and even popped in a reminder through my door - great courier who went above and beyond

Thank you so very much for the speedy recovery of our bags. We knew the connection at Houston was extremely tight for us and we just made it to the plane and therefore prepared for our bags to be delayed. The terminal crew were extremely helpful and professional and quick. The communication by email was frequent and informative and we could follow the journey of our bags on the app.Delivery was within the given time and we had our bags back within 36 hours. Wonderful service.

I was very happy to receive my luggage. I did not receive my luggage after arriving in Manchester on 22nd August. After going to the office, their official helped me a lot. I am very happy. On 23rd August they delivered my luggage free of charge. I really like the UK Rolls regulation. Everyone working at the UK airport is friendly, very helpful. At last, I am satisfied to receive my luggage as per my address.

Of course, we were frustrated that the airline had lost our luggage, but Rapid Air did their part well.Delivery arrived within scheduled window.Tracking tool amazingly accurate.Driver called 2 minutes before delivery to warn us.Driver was friendly and cheerful.
