Bought a focus 2.0 titanium from here recently. Travelled from Doncaster and Navid picked me up from the station. Great car as described and got a great deal too. This chap can’t do enough for you if you talk in the right manner. Will be back again as prices are spot on.

Terrible experience. Bought car after a test drive. Felt slight knock on wheel. Was informed it was “just brake dust”.After 2 days knocking was still there. Again says “it’s just brake dust”.Then starting hearing clicking noice coming from engine.UREA warning light comes on saying need to fill adblue otherwise car will breakdown in 1500 miles. However tank is full. Granted it was a sensor and this can happen at anytime so no big deal.Gives me 2007 Honda with 170,000 miles on the clock.Guess what happens, it brakes down in the middle of nowhere.Said my car would be returned fixed from 12-1pm tomorrow. It was not. Replaced sensor but did not fix brake issue.Took to my trusted local garage to take a look at it and they told me it was a flywheel and clutch issue.Said I wanted a refund as he wouldn’t pay for the repairs.(even though it supposed to have a warranty)He proceeded to shout and swear at me threatening me telling me to come speak to him face to face and see what happens.Had to say I’d him to take him to court under the consumer rights act as the car was sold with major issues that he was told about the moment I test drove it.Anyway he took the car back but made me pay for the repairs that my local garage did.Caused me and my mother so much unnecessary stress.

Viewed a car here and the customer service experience was not great. Asked a really standard and simply question about what warranty was available on the used car as aware statutory rights have 6 months. I was met with a very rude and angry response. Stating 3 months warranty will not give 6 months and if after 3 months a fault happens it's on customer to prove the fault was there at time of purchase. I wasn't sure this was entirely correct under consumer rights law having worked in legal industry. Was met with more rudeness from the owner of garage telling me that if I work in law I shouldn't need to ask about the warranty or rights on fault. He then went on to say that if we walked away and came back he will add couple of hundred pound on purchase price if we wanted to buy. I could not believe the remarks, attitude and audacity of this man. In shock I walked away, not prepared to engage in any further conversation. The man continued his angry and rude remarks to my husband. Needless to say we have not purchased the car. Came to the reviews after the incident to get a feel for whether or not the car is worth the risk with an argumentative garage owner and looking at the reviews where cars have had faults within 6 months (as per consumer rights law) garage have clear been argumentative / ignorant. FYI research states garage has burden of proof that car did not have fault at time of sale. Not the customer to prove the fault existed. Appear to have dodged a bullet here although the car looked nice. Shame the customer service is not up to standard.

Bought an audi A3 from this garage with great ease they were honest about the car and was a hassle free purchase... I had the car 2 days it developed a fault, I rang the garage they advised me to drop it at a independent garage which i did. Later that day a received a call saying my car was ready for collection and has been great ever since. I would highly recommend as hassle free and great after care.

Absolute cowboys! I bought a convertible from Nohmaan Ali Aslam here last week, it arrived Tuesday and went into the gargage the same day as the roof didnt work. After looking at the car the RAC approved garage has informed that it's been involved in an accident - which was not advertised nor does the vehicle have a category. The drivers side front wheel is buckled and the roof no longer works and needs further investigation. Aslam for some reason seems to think he has done nothing wrong and refuses to offer any kind of solution. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!! They may very well be putting your life at risk! The law states I'm entitled to a refund as the car needed repairing within the first 30 days of ownership but again, Aslam does not seem to care about the law or safety of his customers.

Do not buy from this man, went to view a car today and left I felt feeling physically sick and anxious. The customer service I received was awful you wouldn’t think as you’re putting money in their pockets you would receive better customer service. Initially, he told me the car had passed its MOT which it had. I asked him about the advisories on the car and whether they would be fixed he said no I asked how much it roughly costed for those kinds of repairs he wouldn’t tell me. First red flag, then I asked if I could have a warranty he did say yes however I went on to say if there’s any problems with the car can I bring it back in 14 days as per consumer rights. He was defensive straight away saying I’m not selling you the car for you to bring it back you wouldn’t be getting a refund I can’t be bothered with all of this I’m a small business this that the other. I explained that I just want to feel secure as I’m spending good money on this car I am a student I don’t have a lot. He then made me feel like an absolute awful person for just asking that question as I know my rights as a customer. He clearly didn’t like that, so we had a big discussion I explained that I wanted the car, he was like I’m not selling you the car as I don’t feel comfortable selling it to you. Weird? All because I asked if there was any problems could I bring it back? Then started saying loads of people are interested I’d rather not sell it to you. Then he completely gas lit me and made me out to be a horrible person just for asking those questions. I kept explaining that I have had bad experience with dealerships in the past that’s why I am anxious and he should be mindful that people are like that. He said he gets it all of the time and he won’t sell to those people either. He also said it’s not his fault I’ve had a bad experience with car dealerships however you would think as a business he would want you to feel comfortable buying his cars. Then he insisted I took it for another test drive to see how I felt about it to make sure I was sure about the car, so I did and a fault came on the dash something to do with the speed. I informed him of this, he said I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Don’t buy its up to you it’s sold as seen. I then asked if I could take it to a garage to see how much it would cost to fix, he said he wasn’t willing to do that as he will just get it fixed and sell it for more. This man is a walking red flag and comes across as a bully. Thankfully I came to my senses and didn’t buy the car. I left the dealership completely baffled as I was made to feel like a horrible person. When it was him his customer service and whole presentation. I dodged a bullet, not one to leave bad reviews however I don’t want anyone to be put in the same position as me. AVOID.

Purchased a Toyota Aygo from here, seemed fine on first pass. Had been MOT'd by the garage 6 months prior to purchase...took it for inspection at local trusted garage, rust too severe to pass MOT on the sill.Add to this the repeated flats on the tyres due to alloy corrosion, which the garage must have known about with the car beings sat in the lot for months, and I wouldn't trust this place again.

Recently bought a Volvo V70 from this dealer. Car as described, nice people to deal with and no pressure. Mentioned the alloys were a little scuffed and they had all 4 alloys refurbished at no cost to myself. The whole transaction was very smooth and would recommend this dealer

Avoid at all costs. Con artists. Bought a vehicle back in May, had the vehicle for less than 5 days and it had broke down twice. Messed around for 4 months with lies and ignored calls and messages to the point I had to put in an official complaint with the finance companies to be able to come to a resolution of a refund. Attempted to blame myself for the breakdown as they said it was due to myself fuelling up at an ASDA garage which contaminated the fuel and refused to provide evidence of this I could take to the garage. Returned the courtesy vehicle (which was also falling apart) 4 weeks ago and the finance company are yet to receive a refund from them, meaning I can’t get a new vehicle at all until they do. Currently in the process of reporting to trading standards. Shouldn’t be allowed to sell to anyone.
