Sliding Door Factory

We visited the small but functional showroom and had a quick look at the workshop across the road. We liked what we saw and they helped us design our doors during our visit. We placed our order that day and everything was delivered and fitted two days later. We are delighted with the product and the quality of the service. I recommend them.

Great work. Mirror on door replaced. Appreciate them travelling into Glasgow for a relatively small job. Good price and very happy with service.

Arranged to visit showroom after hours. Despite confirming the day before and again 3 hours before, no one showed up. Phone went to answerphone 3 times and they didn’t even bother to call me back, despite leaving my phone number on my message. If this is their customer service, thank goodness I didn’t buy from them.

Paul at the Sliding Door Factory was very helpful over the phone, and when I went to visit the showroom. It may be small but the choices are vast. My 4 large sliding wardrobe doors were fitted by James who was a happy polite young man who did an excellent job. All completed within 3 days from my visit, and at a really good price too. Waited at home all day for staff to come and measure area to be fitted. No one came and no communication to say why. Called to request they remove my details as wasn’t impressed with the service so far, the man hung up on me. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. He didn’t even apologise.In response to the owners reply following my review… my exact words were in response to you offering to visit today - “I think it’s best to leave it as I’m not impressed with your service so far”. I didn’t say “don’t bother”. I only feel relief I didn’t give you my business.

Great service and delighted with new doors. Would recommend a wee visit to the showroom to see the styles on offer. Very reasonable pricing and quality service from the team. Would defo recommend 10/10. Thanks again

We ordered 3 large sliding wardrobe doors to be supplied and fitted. Although the time from ordering to fitting was longer than expected, we are delighted with our wardrobe doors. Also, the price was very reasonable. The fitter, James, was professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Would recommend this company.

Really good company to deal with. My order (4 white glass doors) was ready within 2 days, Paul even offered to deliver them to me and no extra cost - really friendly and top service I received. Saved a few hundred pounds compared to quote from local company. Absolutely love the wardrobes.
