Cannot fault these guys. Really hard working and quality job done. Job was where a concrete parking area was damaged by tree roots leaving a dangerous trip hazard for the kids. Miles and his team were very well priced and did a great job. Really appreciated

Initial sales person very professional and sounded knowledgeable. However during the job earlier this year I was left feeling excuses were being made when I queried why something was not done as the sales person had said it would be. Soon after the job was completed some slabs were loose - tried contacting, but no response. Have tried again recently by both phone and email - no response. They offer an 8 year guarantee on their work which is effectively useless - so ignore the guarantee offered.

Miles and his team carried out the work in a professional and efficient manner. The work was of a very high standard and fairly priced for the quality of workmanship. They worked hard to get the job completed even though the weather was not on their side! The finished job is perfect and has completely changed the look of our house. I would not hesitate to recommend tatton drives.

We chose Tatton because of their great reviews online, however we had a nightmare. They caused quite significant damage to our house during installation. When we asked them about it, they promised they would come back to fix the damage after we paid. They also left debris behind and said they would come back for that too as we'd paid for removal. We called multiple times and were continually told by their office staff that someone would get back to us" and they never did. We gave up calling after a month and fixed the damage ourselves as they obviously had no intention of sorting it out. Although the finished product is good

Tatton Drives laid the paving in February and by June, we had 3 paving slabs completely loose (ie you can lift them up) and 10 others which were clearly losing their grip. Since July, I have been continually trying to get them round to fix (continual email, texts, whats app messages) and still do not have any resolve. They offer an 8 year guarantee on their work which is effectively useless - so ignore the guarantee offered. I have now started the ball rolling with Trading Standards and Claims Court as the only way to resolve - all they needed to do was pop round and fix the slabs.

Thoroughly recommend Tatton drives and patio. All the work was carried out as requested (including some extra work after the initial estimate. I can not say how pleased I am with the results and my garden looks like new and a pleasure to use. Will definitely be using the services again. Thanks for a great job

Very dangerous driving from these clowns. When I raised these concerns with the company they responded with threats and swearing. Very unprofessional. Avoid!Edit: Now sending lots of emails denying that they were the one sending abuse. Public apology and dealing with staff breaking the law so dangerously should be the only response.
