Hancocks

The staff are really disrespectful, forget about they respect anyone they don't even know how to talk to their customers. I just went in and when I saw all these aggressive staffs including 2 managers, I left from there because I personally don't need something like that. I would never recommend this place to anybody don't try it at all. Try to go to Costco and it's the same price.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Most of the Hancock stores provide pallet delivery service or courier collect. However the manager at this store can't be bothered and it all depends on his mood. He is happy to cancel a ~ £2500 order.

In-store is great and staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the online side of things is a shambles. We've grown as a business and now need regular deliveries but they are the least reliable company ever. Last 9 or 10 orders have arrived late with no communication.The last order we ordered over a week and a half ago, then the money was refunded to our account. A large order I must stress. I thought, forget it, useless. Then 2 days later they take the money back out again! I rang and they said the order was voided then the order was re input a few days later. The delivery date had been and gone at this point and I'd ordered elsewhere. Told them to cancel and forget it.They need to up their game for a company that size. Seriously let us and inherently our customers, down, really bad.Edit:Happened again.....

I decided to ignore the bad reviews on this company and place an order anyway to see what happened.After placing my order, I received email updates on my order from start to finish, products arrived on time and in good condition and with a long shelf life.I placed a second order and received the same level of service. There are no complaints from me.

I am very sad to read these recent reviews of Hancocks Birmingham, i have used this wholesaler to over 10 years. I have always found the management and staff to be very helpful, friendly and above all give a good customer service. Unfortunatly they have had two ram raids recently, their computer system has been updated and there has been alot of problems with that and now they are in the middle of a refurbishment, so all of these problems have been out of their control and the management and staff do not deserve the abuse that they have been receiving. Looking forward to your relaunch in September and keep up the good work.

second time buying from here and they gave products with a two month expiry again. Considering I brought 26 boxes I will now have to sell some of them at a reduced rate, losing me money

Great team working here, Supervisors never too busy for you and girls are always willing to help.My shopping trip is always a pleasure when we shop here.
